The Lyn-CAG Housing Counseling Services Department offers an array of services whose objectives are to expand homeownership opportunities, assist clients who are facing homelessness and provide improved access to affordable housing. The department is a Certified HUD Counseling agency. Lyn-CAG achieves this objective and successfully demonstrates the capacity to leverage and maximize resources for the following programs:
- Housing Counseling
- Homebuyers Club
- Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling
- Homeless Intervention Program (HIP)
- Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-housing Program (HPRP)
- Reverse Mortgage Counseling
